For wince head unit, it only supports the mirrorlink function for Android. To use this function, you will be requested to install an application named "Easyconnection" in your Android.

Yes, you can charge your Iphone

through the micro usb at the front. But you need an extra USB cable for connecting both of your factory mobile cable and the head unit.
